We're using mailchimp and getting a ton of bounce backs. Is there a fix for that?

I'm having problems sending emails out from Relenta via my Yahoo mail. I don't understand how to fix this problem. I've asked Relenta to call me and walk me through it and no one calls me. I'm thinking of discontinuing with Relenta because of this problem and no one helps!

I've been trying to send emails using my own domain and I failed miserably. Someone told me that Relenta is one way to do it. I just needed to know how to change teh settings in order to make it work. Thanks a lot for the tip.
